To request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us using any of the following methods:

Information Required for Verification

To process your data deletion request and verify your identity, please provide the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number associated with your account/orders
• Email address (if provided during registration or orders)
• Any other identifying information that can help us locate your data

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your data deletion request:

• We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days
• We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
• Your data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days
• You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete

Please note that data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be permanently removed due to our backup retention policies.

Facebook App Data Deletion

If you used Facebook to log in to our services or communicated with us through Facebook Messenger, your data deletion request will also cover:

• Data received from Facebook Login (if you used this feature)
• Messenger conversation history stored in our systems
• Any preferences or information shared through Facebook interactions

Please note that you may also need to remove our app from your Facebook account settings separately if you granted permissions to our Facebook app.

Consequences of Data Deletion

Before requesting data deletion, please understand that:

• You will no longer be able to access any existing orders or subscriptions
• Your meal plan preferences and dietary information will be permanently removed
• You will need to provide all information again if you wish to use our services in the future
• Active subscriptions will be canceled
• You will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications

If you don't want to delete all your data, you have other options:

• Update your information: Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Unsubscribe from marketing: Opt out of promotional emails while keeping your account
• Download your data: Request a copy of your personal data for your records
• Restrict processing: Limit how we use your data without deleting it
